This fluorescent labeled antibody was purified from gel filtration columns, and lyophilized in 100 µl PBS (137 mM NCI, 2.7 mM KCI, 4.3 mM Na2HPO4, 1.4 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.5). We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system
