This was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity. The HPLC purified standard peptide, INSL 3 (Insulin-like 3) (Human) can be detected with this IgG (1:8000, 0.125µg/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
