This was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The antibody is raised against the full length recombinant Adiponectin protein fused to GST on the N-terminal. Adiponectin (Human) (Recombinant) can be detected with this biotin labeled IgG (1:12800) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
