QRFP Receptor AQ27 (52 KDa) in rat brain tissue can be detected by Rabbit Anti-QRFP Receptor AQ27 (401-433) (Mouse) Serum at 1: 500 dilution (2ul in 998 ul of antibody dilute) on western blot analysis. Secondary antibody was used at 1:5000 dilution. The HPLC purified peptide, QRFP receptor AQ27 (401-433) (Mouse) supplied in this kit, is used as a positive control or for pre-absorbing the specific binding of primary antibody when multi signal bands appear. Recommended running tissue homogenate electrophoresis on 7.5 SDS-PAGE gel.
