Assay Protocol (PDF)
Note: Read this protocol thoroughly prior to performing the assay!Preliminary tests must be done to determine the dilution factor of samples for optimal results. Un-extracted human plasma sample of normal subject should be diluted to 1:1000 - 1:2000 using 1x assay buffer. It is up to the discretion of each laboratory to determine appropriate conditions for this assay.
