This fluorescent labeled antibody was purified from whole serum via Protein A affinity columns, and lyophilized in 200 µl PBS (137 mM NCI, 2.7 mM KCI, 4.3 mM Na2HPO4, 1.4 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.5). The HPLC purified standard peptide, CMR-1 (656-680) (Rat) was detected by this rhodamine labeled IgG (1:200 i.e. 5 µl/ml) using FLx800 Microplate Fluorescence Reader (BIO-TEK INSTRUMENTS, INC) at wavelengths of 560/20 nm (excitation) and 620/40 nm (emission). We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system. Do not refreeze any unused portions.
