For best results and reproducibility, rehydrate the product immediately before use with 100 µl distilled water. Do not refreeze any unused portions.
This fluorescent labeled antibody was purified from gel filtration columns, and lyophilized in 100 µl PBS (137 mM NCI, 2.7 mM KCI, 4.3 mM Na2HPO4, 1.4 mM KH2PO4, pH 7.5). We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
Recommended Dilution Factors:
1:100 (i.e. 10 µl stock in 1 ml dilution buffer)
1:500 (i.e. 2 µl stock in 1 ml dilution buffer)
