This IgG was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The HPLC purified standard peptide, AGF / ANGPTL-6 (215-230) (Mouse) can be detected with this biotin labeled IgG (1:3200, 0.31 µg/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
