This IgG was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The HPLC purified standard peptide, Musclin (113-130) (Mouse) / Musclin (115-132) (Rat) can be detected with this biotin labeled IgG (1:3200) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
