The HPLC purified standard peptide, Nuclear-encoded Humanin [HN (N)] (Rat) can be detected with this biotin labeled IgG (1:500, 2µl/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
