Reconstitution	For consistent and reproducible results, reconstitute with 200µl of distilled water and 200µl PBS (or 50% glycerol in PBS) for the equivalent of undiluted antibody, immediately before use.
Storage Condition	For optimal results, use the antibody as soon as possible after reconstitution. Store in lyophilized form unless needed and reconstitute immediately before use. Once reconstituted, the antibody should be stable for a few days at -4°C. For storage up to a few months, prepare small aliquots after reconstitution and freeze at -20°C or -80°C. Repeated freeze thaw cycles should be strictly avoided.

This was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity columnThe HPLC purified standard peptide, Mahogany 1350-1376 (mouse) can be detected with this IgG 1μg/ml in the dot blot system. Expression of Mahogany protein in rat tissues of which the molecular weight is 13 KDa can be detected with this IgG at 1µg/ml in our western blot system. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500~1500 for western blots. We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
