This was purified from whole serum by Protein A affinity column. The HPLC purified standard peptide, metastin (45-54)-NH2 (human) can be detected with this IgG (1:3200, 0.312µg/ml) in ELISA. We recommend that each laboratory determines an optimum titer for use in their particular assay system.
