Sequence	Mouse Leptin is a 146 Amino Acid residue protein with molecular weight approximately 16 kDa cloned, expressed in E. Coli and purified. The identity of the protein has been confirmed by N - terminal sequence analysis. Endotoxin level in the final preparation is < 1 EU/µg of cytokinin (by LAL method).

Solubility	Insoluble in water. Rehydrate using 0.1 ml of 15 mM sterile HCl with gentle mixing until the solution becomes clear. Once the protein is soluble, the pH can be adjusted back to neutral by adding 0.06 ml of 7.5 mM sterile NaOH.
Storage Condition	Store peptide in DRY form at -20-70°C.
Appearance	White powder.
Content	The contents of this vial have been accurately determined to contain 200µg of NET peptide.
HPLC Analysis	The purity of Leptin is >97% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
