Tumstatin is a 28-kilodalton fragment of type IV collagen
that indicated both anti-angiogenic and proapoptotic activity by selective
inhibition of protein synthesis on endothelial cells.
Two active subfragments of Tumstatin, T3 Peptide (Human)
[Tumstatin (69-88) (Human)] and T7 Peptide [Tumstatin (74-98) (Human)] enable
to inhibit protein synthesis in bovine endothelial cell
